“I have always been a healthy person: running almost daily, eating moderately healthy food, and maintaining a healthy weight. However, in the last few years, I started to notice changes to my health. I had zero muscle tone and found I was out of shape. I discovered I was dealing with chronic reflux. My doctor immediately put me on reflux medicine. I have to say it didn’t really help at all.

Laura recommended the AIP diet (auto-immune protocol) which is an elimination diet.

I jumped in full force, and within 5 days, my throat started clearing, and mucus flow was gone. I then discontinued my reflux medicine and my asthma medication. Within another week or 10 days, the throat inflammation was totally gone.

The other thing Laura did was helped me get back on the workout wagon. She made me realize how much better my mental health and stress level would be if I could incorporate 3 – 4 days of cardio in each week. My mental health within 6 weeks of cardio again is great! HANNAH: Lost 30 pounds, liver issues on hold (doctor said liver transplant wasn’t needed if new numbers continue), no longer on BP medicines, made going to the gym a habit and is stronger than she can ever remember. Four months after working with me, she had lost another 20 pounds and was delighted to show off her new healthy body at her daughter’s wedding. 

LEAH: After completing the elimination diet she felt so much better. No more migraines, gi discomfort, or constantly clearing her throat. She lost 8lbs in total, and was happy with that. She found a walking buddy and now walks multiple times a week.
