“I have always been a healthy person: running almost daily, eating moderately healthy food, and maintaining a healthy weight. However, in the last few years, I started to notice changes to my health. I had zero muscle tone and found I was out of shape. I discovered I was dealing with chronic reflux. My doctor immediately put me on reflux medicine. I have to say it didn’t really help at all.
Laura recommended the AIP diet (auto-immune protocol) which is an elimination diet.
I jumped in full force, and within 5 days, my throat started clearing, and mucus flow was gone. I then discontinued my reflux medicine and my asthma medication. Within another week or 10 days, the throat inflammation was totally gone.
The other thing Laura did was helped me get back on the workout wagon. She made me realize how much better my mental health and stress level would be if I could incorporate 3 – 4 days of cardio in each week. My mental health within 6 weeks of cardio again is great! I feel calmer and more energetic than I have in a long time!

“When I started working with Laura I was at my highest weight. I have cirrhosis of the liver and was working my way onto a transplant list. My doctor told me in order to be considered for a transplant I needed to lose weight, exercise, and start eating healthy. Laura helped me with all 3 of those aspects.
